Website Analysis:

Kinda like a report card for your company. After we build your site and a certain amount of time has passed (at least a month), we’ll evaluate your website’s information to tell you how well you are trafficking clients. We can provide a detailed printout of how many visitors you are having and how often, which pages are being viewed the most, and much more. This is very helpful in determining how effective your ministry or business is being at spreading your website information and finding out what strengths and weaknesses your website currently has. It is also a great tool for exploring the value of your website.  You may want to buy us chocolate when you are finished reading the report. Once word spreads about your new site, you’ll be hotter than a stack of pancakes!

Onsite Photography and Videography:

Want to have a dynamic website that screams professional? Of course you do!  Hire us, so your website doesn't look like something a junior high kid threw together for a computer science class.  If you're within a reasonable driving distance from Gautier, Mississippi or compensating travel costs if you aren't, we will come on-site to take professional, high quality photos and video to showcase who you are and what you have to offer.  Once we finish, you'll have full rights to the images and videos for whatever marketing purposes you can whip up.  Bam!

FYI:

What are the startup costs for a website?  You have three basic costs:  1. Web Designer (what we do), 2. Web Hosting (your parking space on the internet), and 3. Domain Name (your "physical address" on the web). Once you choose your website package, you will be responsible for paying for hosting with a company that can support our website's needs (Computerworks is our partner and provider of choice-$10/month).  You will also need to purchase a domain name for your website (Inmotion Hosting offers domain name services for a competitive price- $11.95/year).

Sales Tax:

Sorry guys, all web design services are taxable in Mississippi.  Add 7% sales tax to all of your services unless you can fax us an exemption letter from the Department of Revenue.

Payment:

We accept payment in full in either the form of cash or checks.  As of May 2011, 50% of the fee is due upfront before we will start on your project and is non-refundable.  This is to ensure that you are serious about hiring us and that we will be paid when we complete your project.  We appreciate your understanding.
